    About Youth Associations

Youth equestrian associations provide structured programs, competitions, and education for young riders across disciplines. From 4-H and Pony Club to IEA and NCEA, these programs develop horsemanship skills and sportsmanship in the next generation.

Major youth organizations include USPC (Pony Club) offering mounted education and rally competitions, IEA (Interscholastic Equestrian Association) providing school-based team competition, and NCEA (National Collegiate Equestrian Association) for college-level equestrian sport. 4-H horse programs operate in every state. These organizations emphasize education, sportsmanship, and horse care alongside competition, creating well-rounded equestrians.
